Who is responsible

What we collect and why
When you request a demo through the form, we collect your name, work email, company and, if you provide them, your role, team size and message. We use them only to reply to your request and to organise the demo. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
We do not sell or share these details with third parties. The form is processed on our web hosting at Infomaniak (Switzerland), and your request is delivered to us by email.
Booking a slot with Cal.com
If you choose to book a slot online, the booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. It is only loaded when you click “Show available slots” or open the booking page. Cal.com then receives technical data such as your IP address, and the details you enter (name, email, any notes) to create the appointment and send you a confirmation. Cal.com acts as our processor and may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. The appointment is added to our calendar hosted at Infomaniak (Switzerland).
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as needed to follow up on it, and at most 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client.
Cookies and tracking
This website itself sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers and loads no third-party resources on its own. Fonts are served from our own hosting. The only exception is the Cal.com booking calendar, which loads only when you ask for it and may then use the storage it needs to work.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to alex@makeitdaune.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
